Dan Ripberger is a performance and rewards strategist, advisor and analyst and a Managing Director of RSC Advisory Group, LLC. RSC provides advisory, design and analytic performance and rewards services that help forward-thinking organizations build effective people resources.
Dan’s expertise, professional approach and consulting style are the product of a well-rounded background in big-firm consulting and corporate management and administration. His main areas of expertise and focus include:

- Pay-for-performance: performance management and compensation
- HR systems and administration.
Over his career, Dan has advised clients of most types and sizes, ranging from first‐ round technology start-ups to multi‐national corporate conglomerates. Dan’s assignments over the years have been with for‐ and not‐for‐profit commercial and government‐contracting organizations across a number of market sectors. Dan previously held several consulting and management positions. He began his consulting career in the Washington DC area office of Towers Perrin where he worked with Towers Perrin Principals and clients on a variety of executive and employee compensation projects. Dan then worked for Aon Consulting/Radford Associates where he help build the newly‐acquired Washington, DC area office. He went on to help found PRM Consulting in Washington, DC and most recently managed the Compensation, Labor and OD consulting practices for a consulting firm in the Midwest.
He earned a Bachelors with concentrations in Economics and Human Resources and has completed significant post-graduate work in labor economics, econometrics and statistical research. He maintains professional certifications from both World At Work (CCP) and the Society for Human Resource Management.
